The Ekman Trainee Program (“ETP”) offers a unique start to your career. During 18 months you will be involved in a combination of training sessions and hands on work within our international organisation.

The purpose of the program is to ensure that we have competent employees and managers for key positions in the future.

Content and structure

You will be employed from day one and one of our managers will be your main point of contact during the program. You will be exposed to and involved in key parts of our business divisions and business support functions.

The ETP 2018 will be offered to around four individuals who will rotate between departments in two or more countries during the program.

The areas where you will be working will be agreed individually and depend on your capabilities and professional interests.

Trainee Program Timeline

There will be a few training sessions during the job rotations.

After the program you will work in one of our four business divisions or in one of the service functions Finance, Logistics or Accounting & Reporting. You will most likely be working in one of our main offices in Gothenburg, Hong Kong, Zurich or the US East Coast.
